The FIM Group has launched a luxury Penthouse in the Dlouhá Palace; partners of the event were the Gourmet Passages tenants | 26.06.2014

On Thursday of 26 June, the FIM Group, an Italian investment and developer company, presented on the roof terrace a unique Penthouse, located in the heart of the Old Town, on the top floor of a luxury residential project of Dlouhá Palace. Partners to this event were tenants of the Gourmet Passage, who presented their extraordinary gastronomic concepts and prepared untraditional breakfast.

The Dlouhá Palace, a newly renovated architectural gem of the First Republic in the Old Town in Prague, is a synonym for the best quality living in Art Deco style. The aim was to create a comfortable living that would provide comprehensive modern services while preserving the genius loci of this exceptional place. The project offers for sale 67 apartments and studios ranging from 35 to 280 m2. The comfort for residents is ensured by 24-hour reception desk with the concierge service, underground parking right in the building and the Gourmet Passage shops on the ground floor.
A part of the Dlouhá Palace is the Gourmet Passage, a unique concept with the theme of first-class gastronomy, where the main role is played by quality ingredients, interesting design and exceptional people who see their profession as a mission and with love offer extraordinary gastronomic experience.

František Kšána jr., a renown butcher, introduced the Naše maso (Our meat) butcher’s shop; Riccardo Lucque presented a new La Bottega BISTROTEKA bistro which opens in September; excellent sandwiches from Hana Michopulu’s Sisters bistro were presented by Martin Šafra; guests could taste delicious Blanc de Blancs wine from the U Mouřenína (Blackamoor) wine shop that was presented by the owner Barbora Paličková; and untraditional healthy raw sweets as well as exceptional alternative coffee were prepared by the MyRaw Café team lead by Miroslava Malaníková whose products the visitors of the Gourmet Passage can already taste on 1 September.
